Slaine is Dead

Slaine called in last night to talk about his new EP Slaine is Dead, his first project since becoming sober two years ago. We packed a lot into this one, touching on his recent performance on Boston Common, the health scares leading up to his sobriety, new La Coka Nostra, and more.

Slaine is Dead drops Friday, September 23rd.

LFOD Radio Ep. 70 (Featuring REKS)

REKS is dropping his tenth solo album, The Greatest X, on Friday September 9. His latest European tour kicks off in Switzerland on Thursday. He’s got a lot going on, and last night we got together to break it all down for you. We touched on a lot of topics – paying it forward, building communities, the album, and more. We also debuted our new segment, When I Say Spit, and he went deeper into the meaning behind a number of new lyrics.

LFOD Radio Ep. 68 (Featuring The Trap Music Orchestra)

If you’re not hip to the Trap Music Orchestra, you should be. They’re a 21-piece band bringing trap classics & original compositions to life in a “dank gumbo of litness” every time they hit the stage. It’s amazing.

We are VERY excited to announce our first concert. Since day one, LFOD has been about creating a platform for independent voices in New England & beyond. This began with the podcasts, progressed with the Alumni Cyphers, and now enters a new chapter at The Middle East.

Rayel, Wreck Shop, Tim Nihan, and Champ Chuck are all former guests of the podcast; you can listen to their episodes below. Casso, too- not only did he design the flyer, but he’s an ill rapper AND created the LFOD logo.

What does Fasten have to do with all of this? Well, it’s a late show & the T sucks. So, we partnered with them to get you $20 off your ride home from the show. Just enter promo code LFOD when you sign up.
